. I own %50 of two duplexes. My partners tenant took over my tenants two car garage by telling them he wood take over their $100/ Mo. I was charging them starting ten years ago as part of there rent. they haven't paid, nor has he for the last 3 months. he has put two cars in it is repairing cars and wont give me keys, what should I do, call the police? give my tenants (that have Ben here for 10 years) an eviction. He wants to give me the $100/Mo. starting now, but in todays market it's worth at least $200-$300. One problem is a while ago I gave hem a "power of attorney" for property management, I need to know how to revoke that ASAP. He only has a photocopy of the POA, and I was told that a photocopy can't be filed.
