If you were a parent would you "force" your 18+ child to work?

When you're done with high school and turn 18, you either go to a school of higher learning or you go to work. That's the American way. Getting that first job is the hardest. Once you do, be the best employee that you can. Build a good reputation along with any experience that you can get. Be willing and eager to learn new things. Stay positive and the rest should take care of itself.
