Do gremlins exist? Rare creatures in Los Angeles?

yes,do they? I've been to china town in London,Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and San Fransico, but i'ven't found any. I'm off to L.A. later this week for a few days, any spots there i should check out for rare creatures on sale?
