Are there any loop holes in pre nups?

If are pre nup is signed by both parties is there any way that it can be null and void or parts of it nullified. If my full salary is paid into my partners account each pay day and i have very limited access to it can i claim back half of the balance in that account at the time we parted and can I claim half of the items bought with the money paid into that account.
