At what point during the ceremony/reception should someone read this? *read details*?

Seems like something that might be read at wedding of an extremely YOUNG couple. As you said a 'very sweet' explanation, but kind of like a show and tell puppet show at the wedding. I would not be able to help but crack up seeing everyone in the pews doing finger jesters behind me. (Yeah they will try it).
