Can I replace my Kluson Tuners with Grovers?

I own a 1992 Gibson Les Paul Studio with its original Kluson tuners. I found some really cool Grover tuners with dice as the keys. Can I just unscrew the klusons and install grovers in the same holes? If not, can I remove the keys on my klusons and put drilled dice on them? I don't care about resale value as this guitar is like a brother to me and I won't ever sell it!
