Does Simon Cowell really make a cameo in the music video for Ace of Base's "The Sign"?

I dont think he does, have watched this a few times and cannot see him. On the wikipedie link it says he appears approx. 2 mins in but I can't see him. Given that wikipedia can be edited by any member of the public, I wouldn't take what you read on that as a given !
