I NEED HELP!!!! IS THIS HOT???!!!?

I would say it would look a little tarty and too old on a 16 yr old. Just my opinion but it is very easy these days to give out the wrong message by what you wear, (which is other peoples problem really) but at only 16 it can cause problems for you.
