Lots of feminin issues, help?!?

Hey, first off I am 18.. I have been diagnosed about 6mo. ago with HSV-2, my boyfriend just informed me he had gonorrhea. I have had daily with him up until the 23rd of February. I have not had any since. I am getting a lot of pinching and pressures like a hot feeling in my lower abdomen, there is a small amount of brown discharge coming from my , my has been hurting but the pain is more deep than just the surface. And a lot of lower back pain. I had an irregular * pap smear result and the doctor ordered for me to have a biopsy done which I haven't returned for. As of now, I'm scared it might be HPV or cervical cancer or the best of the option, pregnant which I doubt because him and I have been having unprotected for at least 6mo. And I have to yet become pregnant. Sorry this is so much but it's enough information. You might want to tell me to go to the doctor but that's out of reach.
