Would i get better mileage if i traveled on the interstate instead of the state highway?

I am heading north from Shawnee , Oklahoma to Medford Oklahoma. I was planning on taking highway 177 instead of interstate 35. But would i get the same amount of mileage both ways? help please i have been searching and all i can find is my mileage if i take i-35 but nothing comes up for the highway 177. it is telling me 152 miles on i-35 but is it the same on 177 or at least close to it?
