Are the any other medical related jobs in the Navy besides Hospital Corpsman?

I'm scheduled to go to MEPS on Tuesday for my physical and to pick my job. I've heard that Hospital Corpsman is really hard to get into/advance within because the job is so overmanned. I scored a 75 on my ASVAB. My questions are as follows: Are there any other medically-related jobs in the Navy or do all of these jobs stem from Hospital Corpsman? Is anyone in the Navy (preferably Corpsmans) that may be able to tell me more about the job? How long were you on a wait list? I have NO idea what I want to do!!
