Do any other guys out there think jeans are uncomfortable?

I have tried on jeans, even owned a few pairs. But they always feel uncomfortable. They are to high in the crotch, rough, and stiff feeling. I only ever bought jeans from like casual places. example: Zellers, walmart, marks work warehouse. They are all horrible. Is it just me, the jeans, or the brands?
