Everytime he's unable to hook up with me, he goes and plays around?

I wasn't able to go to this party and he got somebody else and put her pic of fb so i could see. He got so mad in front of me for not being able to go. And it keeps on going like this, he dumped her afterwards used her for . Everytime i dont pay attention to him or not hanging out with him, he finds one of his female friends and flirts with her, or just f*cks around, gets all aggressive with me, then comes back to me. He goes insane if i dont talk to him or get upset from him, he pretends nothing happened. Can u help me?
